Storm King Industry Day
An immersive education, networking, and golf experience created exclusively for golf course superintendents, assistant superintendents, turf professionals, and industry partners — where sponsors meet attendees on the course, not a trade show floor.
EVENT VISION
Rather than walking a traditional trade show floor, attendees experience the vendors where they are actually used — on the golf course. Throughout the day, vendors have multiple opportunities to educate, demonstrate, and build relationships while participants enjoy a full Storm King golf experience.
PRIMARY OBJECTIVES
What The Day Delivers
For Superintendents
Discover new turf products and technology
Network with peers from throughout the Hudson Valley and Northeast

EVENT LAYOUT
How The Day Unfolds
8:00 - 8:30 AM: BREAKFAST AND REGISTRATION
Guests arrive to registration, coffee, and breakfast as sponsor displays open.
8:30 - 10:00 AM: HORIZON’S EDGE VENDOR SHOWCASE
Guests play Storm King's par-3 routing. Select holes become a live demonstration station, with golfers moving station-to-station while playing.
10:15 AM - 2:45: WELCOME AND 18 HOLE ROUTING
Everyone gathers for welcome remarks from Storm King, a schedule overview, sponsor recognition, and contest explanation
The golf becomes the networking platform. Every sponsor receives a featured activation, rather than simply setting up a tent. Each sponsor owns an experience paired with a culinary stop, giving attendees time to speak with each sponsor throughout the round.
3:00 PM: DRINKS AND NETWORKING
Dinner, beer, wine, and cocktails close out the day.
BRINGING IT TO LIFE
A small group of industry partners makes the demonstrations, hospitality, and full-day experience possible.
