Jordan Thomas A
CAPTAIN - ADAPTIVE
Jordan Thomas is an elite adaptive golfer, national advocate, and founder of the Jordan Thomas Foundation. At age 16 in 2005, Thomas lost both of his legs below the knee in a severe scuba diving boating accident. While still recovering in the hospital, he resolved to help other children facing similar amputations and created his foundation, which has since provided life-changing prosthetics to over 200 young people from childhood through age 18.
On the course, Thomas is one of the premier double-amputee golfers in the world, having captured the Multiple Limb Amputee category title at the inaugural U.S. Adaptive Open by 18 strokes, and adding another impressive division title in 2026 with a 6-stroke victory. He also made history in able-bodied competition as the first double amputee to make the cut at the Tennessee State Amateur qualifier.
Kody Conover
SPECIAL OLYMPICS
Wellman Kody Conover is an elite adaptive golfer from Las Vegas, Nevada, who competes in the intellectual impairment classification. Known for his powerful competitive drive and bright personality, Conover has established himself as a prominent figure across major adaptive golf tournaments, including the U.S. Adaptive Open and the I GOT THIS Championship.
Beyond his play on the course, Conover serves as a Goodwill Ambassador for the Western Amputee Golf Association (WAGA). In this leadership role, he works alongside fellow advocate athletes to promote accessibility and expand opportunities in golf for individuals with Down Syndrome locally and internationally.
Ricky Reilly
ADAPTIVE
Ricky Reilly is an elite adaptive golfer from Syracuse, New York, competing in the short stature category. Born with dwarfism, Reilly has developed a remarkably efficient and powerful swing tailored to his mechanics, allowing him to compete consistently against world-class adaptive fields across the country.
A regular presence in national tournaments, Reilly has captured multiple category titles—including dominant top finishes at the Ohio Adaptive Open. His technical skill, sharp course management, and infectious energy make him one of the most respected short-stature competitors in the game today.
Matt Snowdon
SPECIAL OLYMPICS
Matt Snowdon, hailing from Annapolis, Maryland, is a standout golfer who plays to a 7 handicap. After earning First-Team All-County honors in high school golf, Snowdon transitioned to top-tier adaptive events, capturing the Maryland State Special Olympics Golf Championship, the Chicago Adaptive Open, and the I GOT THIS Championship.
Holding a WR4GD eligibility pass, Snowdon regularly competes on the Doug Flutie Jr. Foundation’s "STARS of the Spectrum" golf tour. He continues to push the boundaries for athletes with intellectual disabilities on both regional and national leaderboards.
TA Henry
Veteran
Tony "T.A." Henry is a retired U.S. Army First Sergeant and a cornerstone leader in the veteran adaptive golf community. After enduring the severe physical toll and chronic service-connected injuries accumulated over a full military career, 1SG Henry discovered adaptive golf as a primary modality for his own physical and emotional recovery.
Today, 1SG Henry serves as the President and Chairman of the Board for Links To Freedom, dedicating his post-military life to using golf for wounded service members. In addition to his leadership, Henry stays deeply tied to the grassroots game—even caddying at prestigious venues like the Robert Trent Jones Golf Club (Gainesville, VA) through programs like Loops Fore Troops—helping hundreds of active-duty military personnel and veterans regain confidence and purpose through the sport.
Meredith Dwyer
ADAPTIVE
Meredith Dwyer is a multi-sport adaptive athlete from New Jersey. Born with a severe left clubfoot, Meredith spent much of her life pushing through chronic pain while competing in sports, including three varsity sports and Division I tennis. After multiple reconstructive surgeries, she made the life-changing decision to undergo a below-the-knee amputation in 2023.
Rather than ending her athletic career, the amputation gave Meredith the opportunity to rediscover it. She returned to sports with a prosthetic leg, found a passion for adaptive golf, and went on to qualify for the U.S. Adaptive Open in both 2025 and 2026. Meredith has continued to challenge herself beyond the golf course, competing nationally in shot put and discus. Today, she remains passionate about adaptive sports, competition, and showing others with limb loss just how much is still possible.
Tyler Lagasse
SPECIAL OLYMPICS
Tyler Lagasse of Tyngsborough, Massachusetts, is a prominent Special Olympics USA gold medalist and three-time national silver medalist. Diagnosed with autism, Lagasse has used his natural athletic talent and steady demeanor to excel on national stages, including winning gold at the Special Olympics USA Games. A graduate of UMass-Lowell with a degree in Earth, Environmental, and Atmospheric Science,
Lagasse is also an author, TEDx speaker, and advocate. Through his autobiography, What Do You Say? Autism with Character, he inspires audiences worldwide by sharing his journey in sports and academics.
