Storm King is a private club with a small membership community, offering access to five 9-hole routings, 35 unique holes, and the 19-hole par-3 layout. Members enjoy the freedom to walk or ride, play alternate routings, and spend extra time on our expansive green complexes — whether you're playing a full round or working on your short game.

Storm King members may invite both accompanied and unaccompanied guests, giving you a chance to experience the course even without the member present. Guest play is by invitation only, with tee times spaced to preserve the course’s tranquil, unhurried feel. The guest experience reflects the same commitment to pace, creativity, and care that defines our entire club.

Storm King offers full-course private rentals to foundations, companies, and select groups looking for a unique and meaningful venue for their event. Unlike traditional “Monday-only” access at other private clubs, Storm King allows for event play any day of the week, and you get full access to the course and facilities for the entire day.

This means your guests can enjoy more than just a single 18-hole round — they can explore alternate routings, replay favorite holes, or take in a full-day experience surrounded by the Hudson Highlands landscape.

Pricing for events will depend on calendar and service requirements. These events directly support our mission-focused programs for wounded veterans and individuals with intellectual disabilities through the Hudson Valley Golf Foundation.

Storm King partners with adaptive golf organizations to host clinics, exhibitions, and tournaments for wounded veterans and people with special needs. Volunteers, coaches, and instructors who support these efforts are sometimes invited to play or participate in special course experiences.
