Storm King Golf Club — October 17–19, 2025

Day 1: Friday, October 17 — Kickoff & Par-3 Challenge

Afternoon / Evening

  • 1:00 PM – Player Arrival & Check-In
    The registration desk is open, and the course is open for play.

  • 3:00 PM – Twilight Par-3 Contest
    Fun kickoff event on our 15-hole Par-3 routing.

  • 7:00 PM – Welcome Reception & Casual Dinner

Day 2: Saturday, October 18 — Match Play Begins

Morning

  • 7:30 AM – Breakfast Service
    Full breakfast at the clubhouse.

  • 8:30 AM – Opening Ceremony
    Short welcome, group photo, and official start of the tournament.

  • 9:00 AM – Round 1 Matches Begin
    Team match play - best ball.

Midday

  • 12:00 PM – Lunch at Clubhouse Patio
    Lunch overlooking the fall colors of the Hudson Highlands.

Afternoon

  • 1:00 PM – Round 2 Matches Begin
    New routing highlights Storm King’s most challenging holes - alternate shot

  • 4:30 PM – End of Play & Social Hour
    Drinks and hors d’oeuvres available.

Evening

  • 6:30 PM – Dinner at Blu Pointe in Newburg, NY
    Casual but celebratory dinner.

Day 3: Sunday, October 19 — Finals & Awards

Morning

  • 7:30 AM – Breakfast
    Fuel up for the final day.

  • 8:30 AM – Round 3 Matches Begin
    Decisive morning matches set the tone with a scramble-alternate shot format.

Midday

  • 11:30 PM – Lunch at On-Course Pavilion
    Scenic meal near the creekside par-3.

Afternoon

  • 12:30 PM – Final Matches Begin
    Championship-deciding team play across the finishing stretch. Best ball format.

  • 3:30 PM – Closing Ceremony, Food & Awards

    • Winning team presentation

    • Special recognitions (on course competitions, including team long drive, team score on designated hole, closest to the pin)

    • Photos, reception & thank-you remarks
